Jorson Technologies excels in Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) 3D printing, leveraging a fleet of 8 high-precision FDM printers to deliver 24-hour printing capabilities.
Our current printing capacity is 450 x 450 x 450mm (x,y,z) on our custom-built ImPrint450 printer, with development underway for a larger 600 x 600 x 600mm (x,y,z) build volume.
We offer a wide range of materials, including PLA+, TPU, ASA, and Nylon, to meet diverse project needs. While the resolution of the print is dependent on part geometry and print configuration, we achieve a general resolution of +/- 0.25mm.

Jorson Technologies utilizes state-of-the-art Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to deliver precision and accuracy in a variety of manufacturing processes. Our CNC machines are programmed with sophisticated software, allowing for precise control of movement and execution of complex tasks.

CNC Mill
Our multi-axis CNC mill boasts a generous working area of 380mm x 280mm x 380mm (x,y,z). This machine is capable of machining a wide range of materials, from thermoplastics to metals like aluminium, stainless steel, hard steel, and titanium. Meeting ISO standards with a machining tolerance of +/- 0.1mm, our CNC mill ensures exceptional precision in every project.
CNC Router
Our multi-axis CNC router features a spacious bed size of 2440 x 1220mm, enabling us to handle large-scale projects with ease. This machine excels in cutting various materials, including wood, thermoplastics, aluminium, and stainless steel. With a tolerance range of +/- 0.1mm, our CNC router can create intricate details, such as 1mm lettering for signs and full sheets of acrylic for boat windows, as well as custom-designed features.
Turning
Our CNC lathe offers an effective travel of 153mm x 1000mm (x,y) and can accommodate stock up to 350mm in diameter. We can turn a variety of materials, including hard plastics like nylon, aluminium, stainless steel, and hard steel. Meeting ISO standards with a machining tolerance of +/- 0.1mm, our lathe ensures precise and consistent results.
